Case 1:

Brother Mohammad Nadeem age 28 years is suffering with Chronic Renal Failure[both kidneys failed]. He has been suffering with the disease since past few years and since then on dialysis for survival.He has been advised to undergo for Kidney transplant procedure by Medanta Hospital,Gurgaon.As a initial procedure his mother Mrs.Gausiya has identified as potential donor of the kidney. The transplant was planned for last month but due to lack of funds it has been postponed to this month end.The required amount to complete the transplant is estimated as 8,60,000/- INR by the hospital. out of which family has managed around 3.5 Lacs and need our help to fulfill the further expenditure.

Family Background:
Brother Mohammad Nadeem was working in Saudi Arabia before as a "Quality checker" with monthly salary of 1800 Riyals and currently jobless since last 3 years due to his illness.He has a wife, 15 months old son and parents.His Father is working in Jeddah as "Tailor" and sends monthly 10K to family for the family expenses.Currently his father is the sole earner of the family. Family has arranged 3,50,000/-INR already with their savings, friends and relatives. Now they need another 5,10,000/- INR to fulfill the requirement.Please come forward and help brother Nadeem as the requirement is pretty high and family cannot bear the expenses.

Case 2:

Brother Iqbal Nadaf age 37 years, is suffering from Rectal Cancer 

located at the digestive tract's lower end.He has been taking the treatment at Solapur Cancer Centre since past few days.Dr.Fahim Goliwale is taking care of the patient and suggested for Surgery as soon as possible.The total expenditure for the surgery is 1,50,000/- INR, Brother Iqbal comes from very poor family background and cannot afford the total cost of the treatment.
